Last updated: February 18, 2026
1. Introduction
broadnary is a video upload, storage and sharing platform operated by Devfy OÜ.
By accessing or using broadnary, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account
Use is intended for users aged 18+ and users with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You are responsible for securing your account and all activity performed under your credentials.
3. Nature of the service
broadnary operates as a neutral video hosting/distribution service and does not pre-screen all uploaded content editorially.
We may technically process files (for example transcoding, thumbnails, player and embed delivery) to operate the platform.
4. User content and license
You retain rights over your content.
By uploading content, you grant a non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce and make it available according to your sharing settings.
- You must hold all required rights and permissions.
- Content must not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or third-party rights.
- Content must comply with applicable laws.
5. Prohibited content and moderation
Illegal, abusive, fraudulent content, or content violating third-party rights or these Terms, is prohibited.
We may moderate, restrict, deactivate or remove content/accounts when required for legal compliance, safety or abuse prevention.
6. Plans, subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, limits and features are defined in the product and may evolve over time.
Where applicable, billing and renewals are handled by a contracted third-party payment processor.
You are responsible for any taxes and charges related to your use.
7. Third-party infrastructure for assets
To deliver the service, media files and related assets may be stored, processed and delivered through third-party infrastructure contracted by broadnary.
broadnary implements reasonable contractual and technical safeguards for data handled by external providers.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”, and may be affected by maintenance, technical constraints and third-party outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, broadnary is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or downtime outside our reasonable control.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal orders, security risks or platform abuse.
Users may close their account at any time, subject to outstanding legal obligations.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version will be published with a revision date.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable EU law and, subsidiarily, the law of the operator jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local rules.
